➤ Health Examination
You will soon receive a request to provide your personal data. This is required for the ocupational health examination in LUXMED.
➤ Final Document Check
We will also check with you how are things and if you have all information required.
➤ Agenda for First Days
A week before your start date, we will share your agenda for your first 3 days. For our team members who join remotely – you will receive a set of documents to fill in. Please set few hours aside to be able to sign and return them before the start date.
➤ Your contract
If you join remotely, our People & Culture team will send you a contract of employment in a hard copy. Details and instructions will be sent by email. If we meet in Krakow in person – the contract will be waiting for you on your first day.
➤ Welcome day
Finally, we will welcome you on your first day, either remotely or in the Kraków office.
