➤ PRELUDE TO HAPPINESS
Already applied? Great. Our recruitment team will review your CV and most probably invite you for a phone interview. This is an opportunity for you to understand the role better. We will ask a few questions about your experience, as well as your aspirations and passions.
➤ TIME FOR RIDDLES!
As most of the roles require analytical skills, you might be invited to a analytical skills test or a logical reasoning test. We promise you will have great fun going through our riddles.
➤ LET’S JUMP INTO DETAILS
You got this far? Congratulations. Now it is time for the final meeting. We will explain what we aim to achieve in Krakow and what our values are. We will also have a relaxed discussion about your experience, and then meet your future manager and some team members.
➤ LANGUAGE CHECK!
Let’s check the language level! This is the final stage for you before feedback from us. We will make an appointment for a short foreign language verification. Before we can make a job offer we need to have confirmation of this level by a language school.
