We offer Private Life Insurance and we cover over 80% of the premium. We have LUXMED as our medical partner with full dental care, an oncological preventive program and additional mental health support with a helpline and individual sessions with a therapist. What’s more, if you get sick, we pay 100% of your salary for the first 5 days of your sick leave. And, if you need glasses – we have an option to reimburse you for them.
