Quality Control Analyst (Insurance)

As an industry-focused managed services company, Xceedance partners with insurers, reinsurers and brokers worldwide. Clients rely on us to launch new products, drive operations, implement cutting-edge technology and deliver advanced analytics capabilities and process optimization. 

First of all, we have to tell you this is not an IT role :) In order to ensure we are delivering top-notch quality services to our clients, we have now decided to build a new Quality Assurance function within our Krakow Center. This is why we are looking for an experienced Quality Control Analyst who will be gathering, analyzing and auditing quality data from our Operations Teams. To excel at this role, you should have very good process knowledge, so you will spend your first months in Operations Team where you will have a chance to learn the process and see how your colleagues do all this magic.

This role is visible and driven by our client, so you can definitely expect to have a close connection with leading industry experts, as well as our experienced colleagues in other locations worldwide. 


You will also be responsible for the following activities:


  • Focus on various Operations areas such as: accuracy, delivery time, knowledge quality, work comfort
  • Perform 2nd pass Quality Check - sample quality check to ensure effectiveness of QC process
  • Quality Check data analysis to identify areas of improvement
  • Design, plan and implement improvements
  • Prepare root cause analysis
  • Support the team by auditing daily tasks
  • Ensure documentation existence and quality
  • Prepare dashboards and reports
  • Coordinating with the client on process related issues and updates
  • Drive Process Improvement culture


  • Analytical, problem-solving, root cause analysis and decision-making skills
  • Quick and keen learning with strong MS Excel skills 
  • Attention to details is critical
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge of French\Spanish\German
  • Creativity and ability to question status quo
  • Positive personality along with great sense of humor (must-have – no negotiations here!)

On the top of that if you know what Six Sigma is and you have some Lean experience as well as project management skills that would be a huge advantage of yours.
