Analyst - Insurance Operations

Being an Analyst in our growing Insurance Operations team in Poland you will partner with our European clients and focus on delivering top notch strategic operations and analytical support throughout the entire end-to-end insurance product lifecycle. In order to be successful in this role some of the following areas should be reflected in your previous experience:

 

  • Knowledge of the insurance market
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of French or Spanish (at least B2)
  • Experience in analyzing documents (financial and non-financial) and drawing conclusions
  • Interest in working in dynamic international environment  
  • Sense of humor!

 

As an analyst you will be reading and interpreting insurance documents, analyzing and processing data in our systems. You will be working in close cooperation with our partners across Europe (actuaries and underwriters) and insurance market experts in other Xceedance locations across the globe. You will learn and develop your skills to be able to drive end-to-end process from clearance and submission management process, through quotes and binds to policy issuance and beyond that. Working hand in hand with the team lead and other Xceeders in implementation of new processes and changes to existing once. Here at Xceedance we are the owners of our clients’ processes. Requirements

Summarizing – the following requirements will be crucial in this role and will make you feel much more comfortable when doing all the analytical magic to our clients:

  • Very good knowledge of English and one additional EU language (preferably French or Spanish)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Insurance experience will be a big plus
  • Attention to details are critical
  • Creativity and ability to question status quo
  • Positive personality along with great sense of humor (must-have – no negotiations here!)
